Join us for an educational series designed to support older adults, caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals navigating the journey of aging and senior care. Each session will provide valuable resources, expert guidance, and practical tools to help families feel more informed, confident and supported. This month focuses on “Caregiver Support & Burnout Prevention”. Practical tools and support for caregivers to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and care for themselves while they are caring for others. Partnership with Care Patrol of NE Ohio, UH Geauga Medical Center and the Geauga County Department on Aging. Light refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP to UH Geauga at 440-214-3180.
