Medicare

The Geauga Dept. on Aging has staff trained by the Ohio Dept. of Insurance “Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program” to answer your Medicare questions. We can meet with you one on one and provide you with Medicare information throughout the year. During Medicare Open Enrollment (October 15th through December 7th annually), the month of, or up to three months after your 65th birthday; staff can assist you with a plan comparison for your Medicare Advantage Plan or your Part D Prescription Plan. Year round we are here to assist qualifying seniors to apply for financial assistance for their Medicare Premiums, Co-Pays, and drug costs.
